• The Candidate should be an Indian National.
• Passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with at least 45%. with physics and mathematics as a compulsory subjects or Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45%. marks .
• Qualified an Aptitude Test in Architecture conducted either by NTA (JEE paper 2) or NATA conducted by COA.
• Any other criterion as declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

Sanctioned intake of students is 80, of which, 51% is Muslim Religious minority seats.

• 51% for muslim minority quota filled up through CAP
• 29% for Maharashtra state and All India seats filled up through CAP.
• 20% for Institute level admission open for all categories at institute level. However, registration on CAP portal is mandatory

• The Candidate shall register online on https://cetcell.mahacet.org/ as per schedule. They have to fill & submit an online application form and upload the required and confirmed and pay the required amount. Candidate’s application & documents shall be verified and confirmed by the designated E-Scrutiny Center through online mode only. Eligibility Criteria for various types of candidature for Admission can be checked at respective authorities. (COA & DTE-CET Cell)
• The merit list will be displayed based on the score obtained in the qualifying exam and NATA.
• Candidates who have been allotted the seat as per their first preference in Round I (auto freeze) shall pay the seat acceptance fee by online mode through their login and Such candidates shall not be eligible for participation in subsequent Rounds. Candidates who have allotted other than first preference and self-freeze their allotment in Rounds through their login must accept the seat and shall pay seat acceptance fees through online mode.
• Once the candidate confirms his seat for the respective admission rounds, Candidate will not be allowed to change the option
• A Candidate who has been allotted a seat should download the “Provisional Seat Allotment Letter”
• The candidate has to pay the Seat Acceptance Fee by online mode during first reporting only.
• Seat will be confirmed by the allotted institution after verification of the original documents and ensuring that the Candidate meets all the eligibility norms. The admission in-charge shall issue the Online Receipt of admission confirmation to the candidate.

Admission Notice for Non cap seats- Institutional seats and Vacant seats against CAP

ADMISSION SCHEDULE  FIRST YEAR B.ARCH. AY 2024-25 for VACANT SEATS  & INSTITUTIONAL SEATS

Note:-

1. Candidate & parents has to be present for of admission as per notified schedule along with all the original documents and Total fees payable. If candidate is absent. He/she forfeits his/her claim on the seat and the seat will be offered to the next candidate in the merit. If any such candidates report at the later stage. He/she will be considered only if seats are remained vacant after completion of the respective admission Round.
2. Candidates has to arrange for full fees.
3. It is recommended that all the candidates should visit the college and refer the notice board/website for updates Candidates have to strictly follow the schedule given.

5. Admission for Vacant seats Round will continue till the seat remain vacant or as per directive of for State Common Entrance Test Cell Admission Cut Off date. Admission will be given as per inter-se-merit.
6. Forms submitted after 12^th September, 2024 (1:00 pm) shall be considered after the exhausted the candidate in final Merit List.
