Our faculty Ar. Aameer Chauhan has secured the award for the Best Teacher’s Award in Related Design Disciplines ( Environmental Design) at the MASA Convention.

Our faculty Ar. Tania Shah has secured two awards, one under the category of 04 most Appreciated Papers and Special mention in Best Teacher’s Award in Related Design Disciplines at the MASA Convention.

NASA AWARDS 2021

our two entries has secured juror’s choice for LIK and ANDC trophy ANDC (Annual NASA Design Competition) is NASA & rsquo’s own design competition, which touches upon issues ranging from current trends to theoretical approaches to architectural design.

The Louis I. Kahn Trophy (commonly referred to as LIK Trophy). This collaboration between UNESCO and NASA has been fostered to improve the quality of architectural education. Through joint activities, the parties wish to increase the awareness of India rich, diverse, and unprotected historic environments

Honorable Mention in Top 15 category

The Address – Innovative Multi-level Living in India by Archmello International Competition .Mohammed Ali Iqbal Girach, student from 4th year B.Arch has secured Honorable Mention in Top 15 category around the world. The aim of the competition was to explore and innovate new design possibilities for the future vertical communities in India.

YCMOU Award

Raj Kapadia from the YCMOU batch of 2015 received a gold medal from MIT Aurangabad for his academic excellence at the 26th convocation for securing the highest marks in the entire Bachelor of Architecture Programme (V22 & T63) for the academic year 2019-2020. Raj Kapadia, is an Architect by profession, an entrepreneur and the founder of Onyx Designs by passion. He has been running and operating Onyx Designs for over 5 years now which specialises in end to end manufacturing, designing of products and design of Interior spaces. He has a keen eye for design and technology which has led him to feature in various publications like India Today Home, Business Insider, Feeding Trends, etc. His future goal is to excel in the field of Architecture and product design.

Jhuntamara

The students had documented the Uncharted Hamlet of Jhuntamara, Odisha, India – Retracing the Abodes of the Forgotten tribe – Jani, with immaculate details and presented the same in the esteemed Intach Heritage Awards 2019.

WINNING ENTRY Pandemic Dwelling Competition @archue_competition

Our students from 4th Year who had participated in The Pandemic Dwelling competition have secured a winning position. The competition aims to think through the basic functionality and navigation of spaces of a structure through thoughtful conceptualization behind design and aesthetic expression and evocative presentation.

Low-Cost House Design Competition is a design competition catering towards the search for improved methods of low cost housing through an International competition. The only team to win a special mention from India includes our alumni viz. Vanessa Lobo (RCA), Sunny Chopra (RCA) and Rahi Chachad (IES).
