This keeps them updated about the recent advancements and trends in architectural design.  The concept and ideology followed by the institution echoes in the design vocabulary adopted by the students which responds to the humane-nature of the context being given. 

Solar Decathlon Design Challenge –

Designing net-zero-energy-water and climate-resilient buildings; Solar Decathlon Design Challenge is conducted by the Indian Institute for Human Settlements (IIHS) and the Alliance for an Energy Efficiency Economy (AEEE).

The team from Rizvi college of Architecture partnered with Saboo Siddik college to secure first runner up position in their category. 

Smart Toilet design –

Designing an infrastructural insert to cater to mass sanitation and hygienic conditions with the support of Swachh Bharat Mission. 

When we start justifying the criterion for livability, it is always the term sanitation that has the top priority. The basic methods of providing hygienic condition is by providing the right tools and making disposals of waste through correct means. Thus systems shall be placed that create better disposal methods, be it human soil waste or any other waste management systems.
