The five-year bachelor’s degree program at Rizvi College of Architecture is affiliated to the University of Mumbai and approved by the Council of Architecture (COA).   • The candidate must be an Indian National.
  • Passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with at least 45%, with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects or Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45%. marks .
  • Qualified an Aptitude Test in Architecture conducted either by NTA (JEE paper 2) or COA (NATA).
  • Any other criterion as declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

Sanctioned intake of students is 80, out of which, 51% seats are reserved for Muslim religious minority.

  • 51% seats reserved for Muslim minority quota filled up through CAP
  • 29% seats reserved for Maharashtra state and All India seats filled through CAP.
  • 20% seats reserved for Institute level admission open for all categories of students. However, for institutional level seats registration on CAP portal is mandatory

Admission Process AY 2025-26 

Admission for minority seats and general seats are done through CAP Round. For institutional Quota seats, online registration on CAP portal is mandatory.

Step 1:-  Form Filling :- The Candidate shall register online on https://arch2025.mahacet.org.in/arch/home as per the schedule. They have to fill & submit an online application form and upload the required documents& pay the prescribed fees

Step 2 :- Document Verification :-. Candidate’s application & documents shall be verified and confirmed by the designated FC centre either by physically or through  E-Scrutiny.

Step 3:- Display of list :- The Final merit list will be displayed based on the score obtained in the qualifying exam and NATA.

Step 4 :- CAP Rounds:-

1. Diplay of  Institution wise Seat Matrix

2. Candidates can select their preferences

  • 1st Preference Allotted (Auto Freeze):
  • Pay seat acceptance fee online via login and report it to allocated college & complete the process.
  • Not eligible for further rounds.

3. Other than 1st Preference (Self Freeze/Betterment):

  • Login and choose Self-Freeze/Betterment option.
  • Pay seat acceptance fee online.
  • Self –freeze not eligible for future rounds
  • Betterment is eligible for next rounds

4. Seat Confirmation at allocated Institute :-

  • Seat will be confirmed by the allotted institution after verification of the original documents and ensuring that the Candidate meets all the eligibility norms. The admission in-charge shall issue the Online Receipt of admission confirmation to the candidate.
