Human Resource Cell

The objective of the human resource cell is to evaluate the requirement of teaching staff for the institute and plan accordingly to recruit adequate qualitative faculty on merit. Cell members are to prepare an interview schedule to conduct for the short listed applicants and also to develop criteria that assure those faculty members that possess sufficient academic and professional qualifications. Besides this they have to review and improve the orientation and mentoring program for new faculty.
