Zainul Biviji is a Graduate from The Academy of Architecture (Rachna Sansad) from the 1998 Batch. He is also an Urban Designer and has done his Masters in Urban Design from Rizvi college of Architecture in 2022 He has 25 years of professional experience based out of Mumbai and the Middle East. Zainul
has worked with Internationally renowned firms such as Arif & Bintoak (Dubai) as a Senior Project Architect and also as a Consultant Architect with famous architects like Hafee Contractor and Anil Salian & Associates. He was also associated with a German company Schletter GMBH for Solar Mounting Systems Zainul has worked on a wide spectrum of Architectural projects viz. Villa Schemes,
Residential, Commercial, Mixed Used Projects and also on Special projects for the Governmnet of India. Other than these he also has an experience working on Interiors Projects and Valuations. His Professional skillsets include Concepts, Designing, Co-ordination between clients, various consultants and authorities on Architectural, Structural & Services aspects, Drawings preparation & checking and Site execution. Zainul is a Professor (M.Arch) and has been associated with Rizvi College of Architecture
since 2016. His core subjects are Architecture Design and Design Thesis amongst other subjects. He is active on the Rizvi Alumni group and has conducted an Outreach programme for aspiring students wishing to pursue M.Arch Urban Design. He has also successfully conducted a Students Placement Drive at Rizvi College of Architecture which offered a platform for Graduate Students to be connected with various Architectural, Interior and Landscape Firms from across Mumbai.
