The D. Arch course is spread over a period of three years and is divided into 6 semesters. It is approved by the Council of Architecture and recognized by MSBTE.
The curriculum is based on the National Education Policy 2020, aiming to develop the social, physical, intellectual, emotional, and moral capacities of human beings in an integrated manner.
The first year focuses on creating a foundation for the students by covering subjects like mathematics, science, communication skills, as well as graphical skills, designing basics, history of architecture, and construction material. In addition to these subjects, social and life skills, as well as yoga and meditation, cover holistic development.
The curriculum for the second year and third year is currently under development stage and will be developed based on guidelines received from the Council of Architecture by the MSBTE syllabus framing committee.
